Dr. Roark is great.
The staff is always friendly, clean facility and not long wait times. We love Dr. Roark!
Dr. Roark is great. Her billing department however is not great. When insurance covers preventative healthcare 100% and you get a bill repeatedly because they are coding wrong, there is something bad going on. Avoid the frustration.
Where do I begin? If I could use one word to describe Dr. Roark it would be AMAZING! My daughter delivered my sweet grandson Josiah on 2/5 & Dr. Roark was the on call pediatrician for the weekend. Her bedside manner is absolutely everything. It feels like I've known her forever & not once did she make me feel rushed. She's super sweet, very knowledgeable, thorough during her assessments & didn't mind answering all of my many questions.
