This was the first theta healing session I’ve had, I had no idea what to expect and it absolutely blew my mind. Carly is amazing and held the space so beautifully. This session helped me move through limiting beliefs and the core of that was keeping me stuck. I truly felt a change in the session and left feeling like a new upgraded version of myself. Would definitely recommend this to friends and family.
Carly is an incredible & caring healer!!! I’ve worked with her in all of her modalities, most recently Theta Healing. The next day, I noticed my nervous system was the most spacious, peaceful & calm that I’ve felt in a long time, & the limiting beliefs I was struggling with, had disappeared.
