I'm very happy with my first experience with Dr. Faller, she took the time to listen to me and was quite thorough. I truly appreciate the time and patience she showed me. Everyone was very kind as well. Highly recommend.
The customer care was outstanding on every level. I appreciate Sandra, the staff member, who called, which resulted in a same day appointment to be evaluated. I was fortunate to be seen on a Friday given Dr. Faller's busy schedule. She and her nurse Robin were exceptional!
The office is well run and efficient. I really appreciate that Dr. Faller takes time to discuss and explain concerns. She is easy to talk to and clearly wants to help and provide the best care.
