I have used Carlton carpets before and never had an issue. Ordered carpet for 2 bedrooms, landing and stairs. So they took the carpet up the stairs by pushing it up the handrail taking the handrail almost off and marking the freshly painted wall. The main bedroom was left with a huge bubble in the carpet and they broke the wall and skirting board! Didn't say anything and just left rubbish everywhere!
