Carlton village sucks, & so does all the office staff. They will fix absolutely nothing, forcing you to withhold the rent, & bring them to court. They tell you everything is cleaned and painted, before you move in...& That's a big lie. I'm on section 8, & they failed the inspection of this place, it was totally disgusting & unsafe.
