I had a bad experience dealing with Carlton Smith. He didn't return my phone calls after I signed the listing agreement. He wouldn't show up to meetings. One potential buyer told me that he didn't return his phone calls. He didn't do hardly anything to sell my property. the only time he did show up was to get his commission.
