Carlton Senior Living Sacramento is exactly what you may imagine by the name. It is beautiful inside with lots of natural light and tons going on, very grand! Everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable in the time that I was there. I felt like I was part of their family immediately. If you haven't been, I recommend going for a meal or one of their Happy Hours, I know those are my Nana's favorites.

DO NOT ALLOW YOUR SENIOR RELATIVE OR FRIEND TO GO TO THIS FACILITY! The management at the Carlton Plaza on Fulton is terrible. My family has filed approximately 15 complaints with the state licensing department in a four month period regarding my grandmother's care, safety, and living conditions. The facility was cited for falsifying my grandmother's paperwork in an effort to circumvent communication with the listed responsible party, my mother. I absolutely recommend them; they are having very nice staff who are very attentive and very caring towards the seniors. I found my mom in a very good condition when I visited her after a month as I was abroad on a business trip. Thanks Carlton Senior Living.

We were not the least bit impressed with the Carlton Plaza of Sacramento while my mother resided there. We finally moved her a few months ago after several years of on and off problems with the facility. We attempted to address the administration with our issues on more than one occasion but they did not seem to take our concerns seriously. We previously had a family member residing at the Carlton Plaza of Sacramento. The problems we had with the Carlton Plaza began a few months ago in July of 2013. Unbeknownst to the company, we had a family member providing nursing care to a patient within their facility. Our family member noticed a multitude of safety violations and ethical misconduct within the facility while he was on site. Carlton Senior Living has some of the best staff!!! They are professional and know exactly what to do regarding their services. What I love the most is that they actually care about Seniors and love their job, which is the reason they are on top. I would totally recommend Carlton Senior Living to anyone needing of their services. Definitely a five star company!!!

Carlton senior living is the place where we shifted our grand mother. I once visited there to see my grand mom from that day onwards I visit that place every week to meet her, as the staff is very friendly and they always welcome me whenever I go there, grand mom is very happy with her new friends over there. It is great to see my mom happy! Thank you for helping my mother discover her new self. She does not want to stay at home anymore. She says, "I love it here".
