Having been of support to Fountainwood residents and staff, I'm very grateful to be working with a team of experienced volunteer chaplains responding daily to the emotional and spiritual needs of Eskaton residents, patients, and staff. In an era of growing interest in "whole person" healthcare, it is encouraging to be part of a non-sectarian nonprofit which acknowledges the spiritual and emotional as well as medical and psychosocial needs of our beloved residents and patients, regardless of denomination or creed. We placed Mom in FountainWood last June 2016 after caring for her in her own home for two years. She always advocated for placement, but we were hesitant. Our family is thrilled that mom is happy to be a resident and is thriving! We know we made the right decision. We sincerely appreciate the hardworking staff. ������

The staff is wonderful, they are patient and kind to the residents and treat them like family. There are many outings and activities and daily exercise classes. The food has been absolutely terrific for the past year or two (prior to that it was awful but they fixed the issue with a wonderful new nutritionist and chef) I would not hesitate to trust my loved one in their excellent care.

I volunteer there two afternoons a week assisting the staff with the residents. I enjoy working with them. It is a beautiful facility and the staff enjoy taking care of their residents.
