Mike Dornan of Carlton Pools, Warminster PA, did a wonderful job finding me replacement pool steps. I purchased my Carlton Pool in 2005; I am currently replacing liner for second time. First time a deer goes in and tore up the liner. I always had good service with Carlton Pools. Mike should get a raise! Thanks Mike
The West Chester PA store manager is very knowledgeable. This season I had a complex problem with my pool chemistry. His prescription to correct the problem was perfect and within a couple days my pool chemistry was excellent. Today, I was looking to replace my old handheld pool vacuum. I purchased the WaterTech Volt FX-8 Li unit which the store manager recommended. And, because the battery was precharged I was able to use the vacuum this afternoon.
