This is by far the worst company to ever work with my wife and I had a pool built 3 years ago by them. Which took them about a year to complete. Then we decided never to use them again. However we moved so we decided to build another pool. Without realizing my wife requested a quote from Carlton and from 2016 to 2019 their prices doubled when questioned the salesman Chris goes well Carlton is pretty much in demand now and we can charge whatever we feel like. Hi I’m Felix from Hatboro. I had my pool install and it was a project. Let’s start off with the sidewalk. They brought in heavy machinery and cracked a few blocks of my walkway and of course Bud our sales guy stated they they are not responsible for damaged caused by the machines. They only care about getting the work done. DO NOT HAVE CARLTON POOLS INSTALL YOUR INGROUND POOL!!! This job did not go well at all. Starting with them getting the shape of the pool wrong! We also had several delays, concrete and extra material were left all over the yard, and they forgot a pipe which later had to dig under the freshly poured concrete to attach to the pool. The framing was left around the poured concrete, no-one came back to remove it. The pipes were left exposed from pool to pump, a trench 20ft long and 4ft deep. After we put pool for the first season was nice we was so happy. After winter it showed cracks We contacts office every single years few times a year with our issues in pool cracks not plaster Pool steps crack first then went long way in pool. They send workers pretend to fix it. (Just seal the cracks.)I have to leave 10 massages before some one even respond on my massages. An incompetent company - never ever use them!
