If I could give 0 stars I would. Went to pick up a pool cleaner at the marked price of $599 and they wouldn’t honor the price, said it was old and that it would be $749. I will be contacting the FTC, bait and switch is illegal.
Customer service like no other! Andrew and Mike have always been SO helpful diagnosing what our pool needs for the last several years (we followed them when they moved to Flemington). With their help, we are able to enjoy our clean pool whenever we want!
I'm not one to post bad reviews, but for this occasion, I had to! Although this store is good place to go to pick up pool supplies that are grab and go friendly (and to test pool water), the customer service that I received when I tried to purchase a pool cover was absolutely terrible! If you're looking to purchase a pool cover or any special order, you will be disappointed. So... We have been going to Carlton since 2008 when they were in Branchburg! Mike and team were always extremely helpful and able to help us with pool issues. We followed them to the new location and Andrew and his team Have maintained the excellent customer service levels. We highly recommend Andrew and his team for all pool issues!
I’ve tried a couple local places to get my water tested, but this one seems to be the most accurate and the least likely to push unnecessary purchases on me. They provide a professional water test report and I believe them when they tell me I need to adjust my pool water. Their chemicals and pool supplies are also very competitively priced. Highly recommend.
