They sold me a $40 container of Banish. It turns out I didn't need it. I brought it back three hours later completely unopened and they refused to take it back. I could understand their position if the container wasn't sealed. Now I'm out $40 and you lost a customer over something so stupid. Good job. Update After shopping at Leslies today I had an idea. Went in yeasterday to get help with opening my pool since this is my first year opening it and needed some direction and help getting it to where it had to be took some water with me for them to test there was a younger employee doing the pool testing I’m pretty sure he was a newer employee he was very helpful and nice and even when to double check everything after running the test to make sure he was right and we got the best insight on what to do and what we needed I came home put the stuff in my pool it’s running now and ... read more

She is always helpful and friendly. She goes extra miles to take care of any customer issues. I am very happy to have Carlton Pools in my area and will keep going there many more years to come. Stopped in today to have my pool water tested. Super fast results and gave me what I need to maintain and care for pool. The young man at the register was super quick and knowledgable. He gathered everything up so I didn't have to hunt around and even carried it to the car for me! Wow! Outstanding service! Will be returning to this store!
I am tired of calling them several times before I get a call back . I just had to pay 118 dollars 11 days ago to give me an estimate on new equipment I want to buy from them . They didn’t need to make a special trip, they were already here opening the pool . I still did not hear from them yet what the estimate is .
