I would give 0 stars if that was an option. Carlton installed my pool barely 3 years ago, and there are plaster cracks throughout. I have been chasing Carlton for MORE THAN A YEAR for service, and they either kick the can or ignore me. I would not recommend buying a pool or getting services from this company. Carlton, if you see this, contact me back!
They sold me a $40 container of Banish. It turns out I didn't need it. I brought it back three hours later completely unopened and they refused to take it back. I could understand their position if the container wasn't sealed. Now I'm out $40 and you lost a customer over something so stupid. Good job. Update After shopping at Leslies today I had an idea. I'm going to keep track of the amount I spend on pool supplies over the next 20 or so years. I'm just curious how much of my money Carlton won't get. 8/30/24 $110
Went in yeasterday to get help with opening my pool since this is my first year opening it and needed some direction and help getting it to where it had to be took some water with me for them to test there was a younger employee doing the pool testing I’m pretty sure he was a newer employee he was very helpful and nice and even when to double check everything after running the test to make sure he was right and we got the best insight on what to do and what we needed I came home put the stuff in my pool it’s running now and ... read more
Carlton Pools has been my go to pool supplies store for many years now. Staff is friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The Retail Manager, Donna Wilson, is a true professional. She is always helpful and friendly. She goes extra miles to take care of any customer issues. I am very happy to have Carlton Pools in my area and will keep going there many more years to come. Stopped in today to have my pool water tested. Super fast results and gave me what I need to maintain and care for pool. The young man at the register was super quick and knowledgable. He gathered everything up so I didn't have to hunt around and even carried it to the car for me! Wow! Outstanding service! Will be returning to this store!
