Went for a replacement part for my Doughboy filter. Two gentlemen there and they couldn't have been more helpful....ordered the part and called me promptly when it came. Unfortunately, after getting the part, I realized that I needed an additional part, so I called back. Got a woman on the phone ( didn't get her name) and I tried to explain that I just ordered a part and needed another one and if she could look in their system to get my filter model.
