The West Chester PA store manager is very knowledgeable. This season I had a complex problem with my pool chemistry. His prescription to correct the problem was perfect and within a couple days my pool chemistry was excellent. Today, I was looking to replace my old handheld pool vacuum. I purchased the WaterTech Volt FX-8 Li unit which the store manager recommended. And, because the battery was precharged I was able to use the vacuum this afternoon.
