I came to see Dr. Carlton after having problems with focusing and processing information. I didn’t want to go the medication route to fix my concentration issues after hearing about some of the side effects from friends of mine. Dr Carlton was very informative and explained the process in detail. His staff were very friendly and helpful. I noticed progress quicker than I had expected and now that I am done I’m happy my focus and ability to retain information has gotten significantly better.

There are not enough words to describe Dr Carlton & his amazing team: Valerie, Carley Nancy & Katelyn. We moved here not to long and ago and from our first phone conversation to the first meeting it has been so comforting to know that l had a full team working to support my son. Their passion and dedication to wellness and seeing progress is very genuine and speaks volumes of who they are as a team and people. They are all so polite, warm & welcoming. We look forward to seeing them each week. As a mom who is desperate and wi... read more

Been coming here for 10 sessions so far and it has been great. I am starting to notice that I am not generally as anxious and am thinking in a different headspace compared to before. I was skeptical coming here but I am glad I came. I came with my dad because of our mental health issues. This is something that will take a while to work and it obviously varies for different people. I am 22 and it has been a good experience so far. The staff and Dr. Carlton have been very kind and understanding. I am trying my best to do thing... read more

I brought my son here as an alternative to continuing ADHD medication. His behavior was becoming increasingly difficult to manage, and we were searching for a solution beyond adding another drug. We found this place and met with Dr. Carlton, who provided us with reassurance, confidence, and comfort about the approach he could offer for our son. Throughout this journey, we began noticing significant improvements—no more morning aggression, increased confidence both at school and in soccer, and much better focus in class. I hi... read more

My fiancé was really struggling with anxiety and depression symptoms. He was not able to leave the house without having a lot of anxiety or even panic attacks. When he was younger he was put on medication for ADHD so he was reluctant to get in medication again. We found Dr. Carlton through a family friend and it has been a real blessing. He had 40 sessions and he has improved tremendously. He is able to live his life and enjoy moments with family and friends again. We are grateful for this treatment and Dr. Carlton’s work. ... read more
