I saw Dr Crabtree a few months ago and she was exceptional! I could not fault her emotional intelligence and ability to communicate, qualities I have struggled to find in past doctors. After seeing multiple doctors, I finally felt listened to by Dr Crabtree. She was professional, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. The world of medicine is in very safe hands if there is to be more doctors like her.
Excellent care here - consistently feel very heard in the care of Dr Nadia Tolich and Dr Mary Crabtree. Communication from the GP's are swift and clear.
My doctor at this clinic, Joyce Kant, is great and I have stuck with them because of her. But some of the professional staff here are just plain rude and unhelpful. I am always friendly and courteous when I call or go into the clinic, but the condescension and interruptions when I call to sort out mistakes that the clinic has made make this an unpleasant clinic to deal with. It's just unprofessional.
Always kind and helpful. Always ready to listen.
