Carol goes above what is expected to make your experience satisfactory if you will let her know your needs. She has 30+ years of professional deep tissue therapy experience. I appreciate that this company has very fair policies. There is no time shaving and no late cancellation fees are charged except for no-show appointments using pre-paid gift certificates.

I've had numerous massages at different places across the Cleveland/Akron area. Some of them were average, some good. My massage here with Kristen was divine. I did the 60 minute Swedish massage with hot stones and a deep foot rub and every minute was heaven. Every time I thought (sadly) the massage was over, i was happily mistaken and she focused on a new area of tension! My experience at Carlton Massage Therapy has been great. I started going there monthly a few years ago for therapeutic massage for shoulder/arm pain. Not only did they solve the problem I had, but also brought relief to other tension areas. Jamie is my wonderful and I can’t wait for my next visit!

Wonderful experience Carol was very professional and hands on lol no but the massage was deep and targeted my problem areas I have issues with headaches and when I left out the headache was gone!!! I wish I could’ve stayed all day I was almost sleep. I’ll be going back in 2 weeks and I recommend this place to anyone that’s looking for that feel good massage.
