I moved from New Jersey and have been living here for 4 months. This condo building is very clean, has great amenities, and the concierge is nice. They to seem to have leakage issues here and there but I have not been affected by it personally. The people in the building is primarily retired white folks but they are very nice and welcoming. It could use a bit more diversity as a black woman I don’t see many of us here. I am a legally blind person, and called the property to ask for the website, because I was not able to find it on Google. The first time I called I was given the wrong URL; and the second time I was given one for residents only. I was just trying to find more information before I contacted a realtor, as I told the female who answers the phone in the afternoon. I am really disappointed. It was just a simple request from a disabled person.
