I moved from New Jersey and have been living here for 4 months. This condo building is very clean, has great amenities, and the concierge is nice. They to seem to have leakage issues here and there but I have not been affected by it personally. The people in the building is primarily retired white folks but they are very nice and welcoming. It could use a bit more diversity as a black woman I don’t see many of us here.
