I would give this trailer lot less if it was possible but I can't. the entrance seems fine with a couple of pit holes but as you enter the become worse. I've lived here for a year and a half and there has been 2 different owners since. The first fixing the road at least 1 time every other month. but the new owners have done nothing to it even though it is causing damage to vehicles.
