3 stars. Most of reception staff are lovely and nurses too. My only disappointment was the lack of communication in my last consultation. Doctor David Ling was disconnected from the medical team, and no one bothered to tell me the price for the new doctor when I booked my new appointment. Turns out the new doctor spent a long time with me going through my medical records, having trouble with printer and at the end I received the news I had to pay over $200 dollars which was doubled of what I paid before with doctor David. We have been patients at Carlton Medical clinic for more than 18 years. My husband and I have had wonderful care from Mark , Ralph , David Lim , and Brook Anderson. We finally had a team in place to manage our health issues. Then Atticus took over the doctors disappeared and suddenly all our medical support has disappeared. Michael Lum was one of the best doctors in this area. He left our community and now he has returned about which we are all very grateful to have him continue as our family doctor.
Not at all happy, I haven't receivedmy ultrasound results a was supposed to receive a phone call on Friday 19 December, after contacting the clinic to chase results. Phone call never came, I ring and ring no one answers, get cut off after waiting on the 'que' for over 20 mins. Called a another Atticus clinic to be advised Carlton was closed for Christmas and basically got told to book online, yet another appointment just,to get results for which I have already spent over $100 at prior appointments... all for the same issue. ... read more
