After feeling a bit unsure about my script from OPSM I booked in with Carlton Eyelab for a review after them being recommended to me from a close friend. Michelle was absolutely amazing and tool such great care with me, helping me find the right script - we ended up halfing it! All the staff at Carlton Eyelab are the most kindest humans ever! Adam was definitely the best! He helped and guided me with all the questions I had about the glasses. I haven’t been in Australia for long, but he was truly very kind. He helped me repair my glasses, which I thought were beyond saving, but he fixed them. Without a doubt, excellent service and warmth! Thank you, I’ll be back soon.
