Less than a year after patio was put up a main beam twisted. Jay Carlton promised us he would fix it. Over a year and a half later he still has not fixed the problem. He promises and promises and does nothing! He never returns our calls and when we threaten legal action he chases me down in the Home Depot parking lot in Palmdale saying it will get done in the next few weeks. Beautiful craftsmanship. Jay is excellent to work with. We did no change orders so our patio cover was installed EXACTLY like designed. The guys working on the cover were respectful of the gate being closed for the dogs. Good all around experience.
