Dr. Carlton is the best! However, getting anyone on staff at this office to answer the phone or return phone calls can be a nightmare. I'm writing this as I've been listening to hold music for over 45 minutes so far, and I still haven't had anyone answer the phone to see what I'm calling about or ask to put me on hold. Just about every time they say they will call me back or call with results, I don't get a call. I'm still willing to deal with the staff to see Dr. Carlton though.
