Dr Carlton has been my PCP since I moved to Texas 14 years ago. He’s is a patient, thorough and thoughtful physician. However, his staff and their lack of thoroughness and follow-through is enough to make me look for a new doctor which is unfortunate. His office manager doesn’t return calls or attempt to follow up when an issue does arise. Further, they say their office hours on most days are until 5:00, but my call at 4:45 on a Tuesday was picked up by the after-hours answering service leaving me to deal with the same issue... read more
