I was lucky to have some knowledge about bikes because my seat was loose and needed tightening, then when shifting gears during the ride the chain fell off leaving my hands full of grease upon repairing. After returning the bikes we mentioned this to the male employee with red hair didn’t even say “sorry”. Very poor customer service. Never go again. Again good thing I knew how to care for bikes or I would have been walking.

Can't say enough about the excellent service we received! Without this shop and the kindness and concern of the shop owner, Jolene, our bike ride would have ended! Thanks for helping me out with new tires when I needed them to continue our travels!

We needed help with a repair after biking all of the Willard Munger state trail! The staff was kind and helpful getting us back on the trail so we could have a nice relaxing ride! What a gem in Carlton!

Such a wonderful store!! Great selection of bikes and it is wonderful to have somewhere local to go to have your bike repaired and maintained. You can also buy or rent frisbee golf sets here and Jolene the owner is simply amazing!! Jolene also framed one of my photo's and did a beautiful job on it!

Everyone should take a look at this page. Take a trip up to carlton rent some bikes and hit the trails.

We love going to Carlton Bike Rental, the owner is awesome. The trails are a must see for sure. See you next year from the Valenzuela family!
