I saw Dr Carlstone in the ER during a kidney stone. He was informative and clear.
I would prefer to give Spencer a negative rating. He is condescending to his colleagues, and I'm pretty sure that 90% of the staff at PRHC don't care for him. The final straw was when less than 12hours after birth the nurses, that took exceptional care of us, we're concerned about my newborns modeled appearance, and a heart murmur, so they called him in to check her out. Extremely caring and knowledgeable! We've always had a pleasant experience! Dr. Carlstone sits down and listens to our concerns. He goes above and beyond to make sure all our questions are answered! He makes us feel like we're family.
