I chose Carlson's four years ago because of the great reviews (and a recommendation from the guy I bought my car from), and I've been passing on rave reviews and recommendations ever since - but I've never actually left an official review. Dino, Phil, Laila (sp?) and crew go WAY above and beyond to serve and KEEP their customers. I'm blown away. Always fair, always easy to communicate with, always willing to go the extra mile. The service here is ridiculously fantastic... full & complete service after the repair. One has to wonder why other companies of any kind don't offer this. Customers come back, remembered, even just to get their oil changed. They also answer their phone, not putting you on hold, like other businesses. Family owned for 20 years. Heavily recommended.
I can't say enough good things about Carlson's Import! If you're looking for an import shop that's reliable and trustworthy that does quality work at a reasonable price Dino and Phil are your guys.
