I have been going to this place for a couple of years and never had an issue until now. The women with the (tatoo's and glasses) that work's in the front was so unprofessional. I ask for a piece of glass to be cut to size and all I got was rudeness. She asked me what I needed and all she kept doing was huffing and puffing and then walks away like she didn't want to be bothered . (mind you I was the only person in the store and I have been a re-occuring customer).
These folks are an example of what “excellence” means in a retail/service business. I don’t think there is a piece of furniture in our house with a top that doesn’t have a custom cut piece of Carlson glass on it. They are phenomenal. Service, courtesy and quality of product is the absolute best! Don’t go anywhere else for glass or mirror products or work.
I wouldn't go anywhere else! They did my bathroom doors for me and I couldn't ask for better sevice, price, or installment. They even pointed out what works well for what I wanted and worked great with my contractor. Great Staff to deal with.
