Mr. Carlson caused damaged to the second power steering pump installed in October, and now refuses to refund my money. He asked for invoices, so he could "take care of it". I provided them to him, showing that I had to buy another pump and have it installed somewhere else. He has yet to "take care of it". He chose instead to block my calls and texts, and has refused to respond to my emails after I emailed the invoices at his request. My 18 yr old son's vehicle. Power steering pump.Was at Carlson's 4 times over several weeks. First time visit was around the middle of September. The first pump I purchased was a re-manufactured. Phillip Carson failed to tell me prior to me agreeing to use a re-manufactured one, that the noise we heard from the old pump, would not go away with a re-manufactured pump.
