Omg, worse travel agency. They are contracted through the company I work for, when you get connected to India you have to spend 2 hrs to book something… I don’t even want to waste my time writing but they are bad.
I booked flights with CWT for business travel and have chosen seats when booking, but when I was checking in, it turned out CWT didn’t reserve the seats at all, and didn’t communicate at all and I was put on the waitlists instead. Terrible terrible experience.
Absolutely worst travel booking experience of my life. Over an hour wait times on phone calls. Unfriendly and unprofessional call center agents. I have no idea why my company uses them for corporate travel. It took CWT over three weeks to book a single plane ticket. Check out their TrustPilot reviews before making any decisions.
CWTs regular office hours and 24/7 team couldn’t save your life even if they were CPR/AED certified…..
