I booked flights with CWT for business travel and have chosen seats when booking, but when I was checking in, it turned out CWT didn’t reserve the seats at all, and didn’t communicate at all and I was put on the waitlists instead. Terrible terrible experience.
Absolutely worst travel booking experience of my life. Over an hour wait times on phone calls. Unfriendly and unprofessional call center agents. I have no idea why my company uses them for corporate travel. It took CWT over three weeks to book a single plane ticket. Check out their TrustPilot reviews before making any decisions.
CWTs regular office hours and 24/7 team couldn’t save your life even if they were CPR/AED certified…..
Very friendly , fix all my needs
The website took 3 times to book since there was a time out message even though I went through it without any breaks. CWT was no where to be found when my flight was cancelled and delayed by over 8 hours. I left a voicemail and marked it urgent. No callback at all. This was for work as well and we had to put an event on the next morning. I would give negative stars if I could. How can corporations continue to use CWT when the customer service is non-existent and the website malfunctions?
