Friendly, professional, and and efficient. All of my questions were answered and I was given all of the information I needed. Staff were friendly and helpful. The office is clean and welcoming.

Customer service is lacking the skills of following up on details of customers orders. July 24 placed an order confirmed the need of my glasses in two weeks. Have had to call them twice for updates. Needed by the 15th of Aug. No problem they said. Not true. So now I leave for Holiday with a pair of my old lenses. Apologies don't make it right. With a deadline on the order they should have had verbal confirmation from the lab they do business with that it would be completed.
All of the employees are fantastic. So friendly and helpful. You won't regret going here. Shop local!
