I HAD 1 PHONE CONVERSATION WITH THE OWNER AND LAID OUT THE DETAILS OF MY PLAN AND THE PROCESS WE WERE GOING TO FOLLOW. AFTER A 4 MONTH DELAY MY PROJECT CAME TOGETHER IN 1 DAY. THE OWNER SCOTT WAS NOT AVAILABLE AND I NEEDED A NEXT DAY INSPECTION. HIS ENTIRE OFFICE STAFF CAME TOGETHER GOT ME IN LAST MINUTE AND THE ONSITE TECH PERFORMED THE INSPECTION FLAWLESSLY. I COULDN'T HAVE HAD A BETTER EXPERIENCE AND WILL USE THEM AGAIN AND RECOMMEND THEM IN THE HIGHEST REGARD. THANK YOU AGAIN.
