I had Carlson roofing check a leak in my roof. The guy said that the work would be guaranteed. I could have had the work done by my fix-it guy for about $140 less than what I was being charged. So I agreed to the work. The repair did not work. They sent another guy over. This guy said I had to have a section fo the roof redone. The $1500 estimate included a statement saying that they would not guarentee the leak would be fixed. So the original promise of a guarentee was totally ignored. Not very honest.
Carlson Roofing Company is family owned and operated, which is refreshing. They are a big, established company, but they are so easy to work with. I would recommend them for any kind of roofing or sheet metal job!
