I am very pleased with Carlson Properties and the apartment I rent at Pine Valley in Carroll, Iowa. My apartment is very clean and the neighbors are very friendly and helpful. The grounds are well maintained and any maintenance issues I have are dealt with in a timely manner...though they are few and minor. I would recommend this complex to anyone I know. A special shout out to Mary and Amy, they have been very helpful with any concerns I may have. : )
I’ve been trying to get into this place with my children and they are absolutely unfair. Was rejected sent appeal and they still denied me. I’m a single mother trying to get out of a bad deal with no luck. I plan on calling the USDA and telling them how they don’t help people that are in need!
RecommendedI rented a couple different apts. from them and whenever I needed something it was taken care of promply. Everyone in the office is friendly and helpful. The managers I had were great. Hopefully I can be in one of their areas again soon and rent from them again 😊 Thank you Alexis, Tonya, Christy, Mary and the rest of your team😊
This place is poorly ran and no one that works there knows what is going on or what they are doing
