Carlson replaced the coil on my AC system and told me this was the reason it was not cooling. After he provided this service it did not cool. System ran but struggles to cool. I called him back because i paid for a repair and it was not fixed. The second call he told me the coolant was low. He was the person that had filled the system! I called a third time because the problem was still not fixed. He showed up and told me it was not his problem and he would not be coming back again for the same problem.
