Dr. Carlson and her staff are excellent. I went to Dr. Carlson when she was at Mayo Clinic and now in her new office, which feels more like being in a spa (with robes and slippers) than being in a medical facility. She and her staff are very courteous and professional. I highly recommend them!
Dr. Carlson is a very hands-off doctor. She is practically impossible to get ahold of when you need results or have any questions. She is also unfortunately the only OBGYN at Mayo Clinic Jacksonville. I had nothing but wonderful experiences with the clinic up until my issue with her. I have since left the practice due to the lack of care she provided.

I am so sorry that this happened to you. Part of the reason that I left Mayo Clinic was because it was difficult to establish long term relationships with patients in the Gynecology Department there.
