They picked up my two screen doors and on the estimated proposal they suggested cutting down the screens just ever so slightly I inquired and agreed with their explanation. When the screens were brought back to my house with a new screaming, the screen doors would not slide. The installer was going to leave the doors not sliding. Another gentleman brought them out to install, he had a Carlson truck, but no supplies like a screwdriver and WD-40 that he asked to borrow from me. I also noticed that there were scratches on the aluminum part of the screen doors that weren’t there when they originally took them, but I didn’t wanna deal with Carlson anymore so I spent the money purchasing spray paint to cover the scratches they made on the the metal frame.
