I was a brand new customer and set up an appointment a month away at my convenience. Very cordial people on the phone and live in the office. The following week a crown broke off my back molar from previous dentists work. I called over to Carlson's and told them my situation. They brought me in for an emergency Crown fix on the day I called! They didnt know me from anyone and they treated me wonderful and fixed my crown in 35 minutes.
