We recently had new shingles and gutters installed by Carlson Exteriors, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the customer service was excellent. Carlson Exteriors did a great job transforming our home with new siding, soffit, fascia, gutters. Nick was very professional, experienced and friendly. He was very helpful in guiding our choices and following up with us regarding the schedule timeline and project progress! They have zero respect. They were doing work at my neighbor’s house across the street from my house, but felt at liberty to use my yard as their workshop. All three looked at me dumbfounded when I asked them to move. Their response was to move in the street. Not the open yard to their left where their work is. The photo is them working after moving. The street. Imagine trusting them to do work on your house when they can’t set up their tools properly.
Joe was great and came up with a solution to my issue at a fair price. The communication with the office to schedule the job was immediate and professional. The technician that showed up did an outstanding job. I am a perfectionist so it is not easy to please me but I believe when someone does an outstanding job it should be commended. If I could give more than 5 stars I certainly would. I will not waste my time in the future calling anyone else for exterior work! From start to finish it was an excellent experience.
