I scheduled a yearly wellness visit with Dr. Jacob Hayman expecting it be covered 100% as preventive care. Unfortunately, I was billed for additional charges that were not explained to me at the time of the appointment. There was no discussion beforehand about services that might fall outside of a standard wellness check resulting in additional fees. Had I been informed in advance, I would have made another choice. The experience I had my first time at this office simply deserves 10 stars. Dr. Morkeberg is one of the most patient compassionate doctors I have ever encountered. The man is talented. He has built an amazing team in his office. I can’t remember the nurses name with the beautiful green hair but they too were just as beautiful on the inside as out.
