The secretary likes to hang up on patients while they're talking. Upsetting and unprofessional. Not to mention BP of 140/90 is good blood pressure to them.
I received a call today asking me to pay a $25 “no-call, no-show” fee. I explained that I had called and left a voicemail the day before to cancel due to an emergency, but the representative insisted I provide proof of my call. Her attitude was extremely rude and unprofessional, which led me to cancel my upcoming appointment in November. This kind of interaction is exactly how medical offices lose patients. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Carlson for over 15 years and I can not say enough good things about them. Imagine reviewing a place and giving it a bad rating because staff wore sweatshirts
I have been attending patient for 15 or more years. Very good Doctor and always learning and listens to all questions about medical issues. I have recommended Dr. Brian many times.
A-1 Doctors. I’ve been going there for my Primary Care around 9 years or so now.
