I have only had my new patient onboarding appointment. I was to come back in 30 days to review test results unfortunately 70 days later was the soonest they could get me in. One of my results showed a mass that could be cancer. I returned my call to the office to be spoken to very rudely by the nurse about what was found and next steps. I had my imaging appointment and the orders were not sent over complete resulting in a 45 minute wait to get it all sorted out. I’m very disappointed with the office so far.
So, I called 7 minutes before noon, and they are not open, the message just says out of business hours….I think it would be nice to know what hours are open…maybe? On the website it doesn’t say their hours of operation either.
Dr. Brian Carlson is a very good doctor. He takes time with you and actually listens to your concerns. I highly recommend him!
The secretary likes to hang up on patients while they're talking. Upsetting and unprofessional. Not to mention BP of 140/90 is good blood pressure to them.
