So, I called 7 minutes before noon, and they are not open, the message just says out of business hours….I think it would be nice to know what hours are open…maybe? On the website it doesn’t say their hours of operation either.
Dr. Brian Carlson is a very good doctor. He takes time with you and actually listens to your concerns. I highly recommend him!
The secretary likes to hang up on patients while they're talking. Upsetting and unprofessional. Not to mention BP of 140/90 is good blood pressure to them.
I received a call today asking me to pay a $25 “no-call, no-show” fee. I explained that I had called and left a voicemail the day before to cancel due to an emergency, but the representative insisted I provide proof of my call. Her attitude was extremely rude and unprofessional, which led me to cancel my upcoming appointment in November. This kind of interaction is exactly how medical offices lose patients.
