When I originally called looking for probate services I was told an estimate of $2500-3000 to handle the simple estate of my father in law. I was told it would be completed in approximately six months. After $4300 and over a year we are finally done. It was apparent that we were the small cog and were told repeatedly Tim was in court for another client.
