My lender for my refinance contacted this appraiser for me. Within two days, he contacted me and got me scheduled for within a week. He attempted to postpone due to freezing rain, but I was unable to reschedule, so he still made the drive. He was very timely, submitting the report just a few days after appraising the home. I read some of the other reviews here, and they do not match my experience. Everything was done promptly, respectfully, and professionally. 5/5
He was rude and used questionable methods. The comparables he used were houses on 1 acre. Ours has 10 acres. Would not recommend.
No personality. Dealing with this guy was like talking to a brick wall. Getting him to set up the appraisal in a timely manner was a nightmare. The appraisal itself was done terribly, we challenged it and waited almost a week to hear back. Would not recommend using this service.
