Spoke with them about estate planning. They took a lot of personal information and said I would get a call back from the attorney. One month later, not a word, so I called and they said the attorney was too busy to take new clients. Rather than recommend someone else with the firm they told me to call the bar association for a referral. Absolutely disgraceful behavior and customer service from Carlsmith Ball - take your business elsewhere.
