Good so far... Car is in for service and Bob is an outstanding associate to work with... Got a loaner for now, and hoping my 10 year old is ready for more action soon... I had my 2009 Subaru Forester serviced at Carlsen Subaru, and they did a great job. So when I was ready for an electric car, I leased from Carlsen. The staff was friendly and efficient, and helped me learn all the new systems on the Solterra. I highly recommend Carlsen Subaru.
