Horrendous customer service. I’ve been going for more than 3 years because it’s closest to my home and not once have I had a smooth experience. The first time, they had a “power outage (tho none of the rest of the Bay Area seemed to be affected) and my routine service took 4 days. Last time, my service took more than 3 hours longer than they quoted, and they did not give me a time update as they promised, causing me to be late for an appointment. About as painless as the new car buying process could be, transparent pricing by email and they didn’t try to hold me hostage in the financing office too long for extra $$$. Thank you Will for the quick and easy sale and Aaron for the fast communication online. Have yet to try the service center but *anything* has to be better than Serramonte Subaru. Well worth the extra 10min drive out of the city. Definitely planning to come back when it’s time for service or an upgrade.
When I went to Carlsen I had a lot of questions. Lenny the salesperson , was helpful, patient, let me drive different cars. I went back several times and he always took the time to show me the features of the car I chose, Crosstrek. He said to return to him if I needed more help in learning the technology of the car, which I did. I am very happy with the Crosstrek.
