Had been going here since 1998 to support Village businesses, when it was Big O tires. Similar to the LT customer Michael Scheftner review, never had any major issues until now. State St. has gentrified quickly with Michelin star restaurants & I am guessing auto /tire shop (and the car wash!) days are numbered. Ownership has changed and guessing the bait and switch has taken over to survive. When it was Big O tires, I never paid over $600 for 4 tires on any of our cars. A fabulous experience! My tire had a screw in it and so tire pressure very low leaving my place in Oceanside. I was going to Carlsbad Village so called and asked if they could help me. They said no problem just bring it by and 45 minutes later I was all fixed. Thank you so much to this great business !
Awesome guys. Needed a tire patched so I called them on the phone. They were transparent, quick, and easy to work with. Friendly staff. Convenient location / walked around the village while I waited. Hopefully my car doesn't need any more fixing soon but this is where I'll be coming if it does.
