Got a nail in the tire and was headed down to San Diego and called and they said come on in and they’ll get me all set up and back on the road. Super friendly and helpful.
The team at Carlsbad Tire Pros were a life saver for me today. I got a flat on my trailer when pulling up to a job. Carlsbad Tire was less than a mile away, so I gave them a call. Curtis was very friendly and helpful and told me to come in and they could get me taken care of. It was only 30 mins from arrival to leaving with a repaired tire! They were quick, attentive, accommodating, helpful, and professional. Definitely recommend. Thank you!
Tire friggin blew just south of Tijuana, changed and hobbled back to TJ where not one of the many shops we checked could friggin help us. Limped tail between our friggin legs back to Carlsbad and these boys friggin got us right in dude. Knew right away when they didn’t say much that I liked em, had the tire changed up in 15 minutes no joke and for a good price too. Friendly, wicked good at their stuff and efficient. Would recommend.
Got a nail in my tire and swung by to see if they could fix it. They were swamped with work but stopped everything they were doing to address my flat immediately. I’m super appreciative of the customer service. It saved me a trip and gave me peace of mind. Will definitely use them again.
