Owners yell at people who walk through the property in a busy village district. Have no trespassing signs up. Place chains up guys if you want to deter traffic or better yet spend some money and get an appropriate fence. Always noisy, yelling which disturbs the peace and quiet of the residents next door. A better attitude -= better business guys. Learn to recognize your neighbors who have been in the neighborhood there longer than you and could help promote you instead of writing a negative review. Had my wheels over torqued and brought it by to see if they could pop them off for me. The manager and Conner helped me out and even went as far to find me the right lugnuts for my vehicle.
Had been going here since 1998 to support Village businesses, when it was Big O tires. Similar to the LT customer Michael Scheftner review, never had any major issues until now. State St. has gentrified quickly with Michelin star restaurants & I am guessing auto /tire shop (and the car wash!) days are numbered.
