Waited patiently for my first appointment and someone else came in without an appointment minutes before mine. The lady said"I'll take him first" so, she already made up her mind even though i had my appointment. If appointment wasn't necessity then why schedule? It's the same as how they claim late fees and reschedule before a time frame. And she did not follow either. Love them
I don't know how this place has such good reviews. I had a horrible manicure where she pulled my dip nails off without any soaking. I kept saying it hurt and she continued. The redo was decent but not great.
