I just filled my water jugs there twenty minutes ago. There was a guy who lifted his mask to drink from a one gallon jug then placed it in the machine to refill. Over and over. I alerted their staff worker and told him it needed sanitizing and the guy needed to be told to stop and he shrugged his shoulder and blew me off. Also people are not observing 6 feet social distancing requirements. I called police and contacted the water business also through email. I have been going for a couple of years to Carlsbad to get the natural spring alkaline water but didn’t know that you can bath/soak in the water too and then get a massage. The carbonated alkaline mineral water is full of magnesium and calcium. The bath water (different than the drinking water, no minerals are filtered out) is pumped right from the artesian well without chemicals or chlorine. Terrible mess of incompetence!!! 2 weeks in a row I have an appointment but no therapist here. This time I called to confirm Friday for my Monday appointment... STILL NO THERAPIST. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE WHERE THEY CAN MAKE AND KEEP APPOINTMENTS!!!!!
