Super rude employee's.
Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Not only does the building feel like something out of a horror movie the employee I've had to deal with is the rudest and most hateful person I've ever met and should definitely not be working in the medical field especially around eldery people. She was heartless, rude and completely unhelpful but that's not surprising at this point. Both times I've had to deal with this company it's been nothing but disappointing and frustrating.
