The staff is kind, but the wait times in the ER are very long. Both times I’ve gone, I spent about 4–5 hours in the ER, even after being placed in a room. There were long periods with no check-ins, and we had to ask multiple times for updates. In the end, I left without a clear diagnosis and later had to see another doctor to get a treatment that actually worked. Also, the cost is very high if you don’t have insurance, even with a discount.
