Ralph Camacho is the guy to see at the ford service...he made made it easy for me and is real professional about everything...He diagnosed my truck in 1 day after I dropped it off...Cause of him I will take my truck back to get it service from now on
We travel full time and tow with our F450. We have been to dealerships from Florida to Alaska. Lesley is amazing! We were headed out of Carlsbad and got a DEF fault error on a Friday evening. I called first thing Saturday morning and she got me in to get the truck checked. I was fixed up and back out the door in less than an hour. Seriously thought we would be stuck a week at least. Thank you thank you Lesley!!
