T I've been here close to twenty years the owners thar we have now are crooks.They have raised the lot rent since they took over four times already two months ago my water bill was 180 ridiculous don't even have swamp cooler I had never paid over 60 dollars their excuse was everything is going up what an excuse.
The ownwer is very rude, I called to see if we could go see the outside of the unit he is getting ready and he said no call me back when its ready then hung up while I was asking questions. Not a good start. We will not be moving there.
